The place was AMAZING. The best part was catching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The location is perfect and very close to stores and restaurants. The check in and check out process was seamless. The place is clean. I would definitely stay there again. Niki is a great host!

  I've never been to Panama City Beach. It was beautiful here and this condo apt. was perfect! The view was spectacular, access to the pools and beach were easy. There were beach lounges available for our use. The unit was spotless, very well appointed and the beds were so comfortable! I cannot say enough good things about this vacation or rental. Thank you! I hope to be back!

  Great little house

Perfect house for our family of four. It was located close enough to the beach access. There was road work and construction so we drove and found parking. But when everything is finished it's not too far to walk to. And the open floor plan was nice. Kitchen was a great size too. Loved our stay!

Fabulous place for beach trip

Stayed here with 4 other adults. We all had our own space due to the bunk room with 2 beds. Location was great- right on the beach, yet off Front Beach Road where it’s too crowded. Some of the group went to Pineapple Willys just next door to watch football. The water pressure is excellent in the shower. I don’t have 1 bad thing to say! All of us thoroughly enjoyed the place.

 Niki's place is great. Very beachy decor and cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay. The back porch and balcony were a plus. I always appreciate a laundry room when we travel especially to the beach to wash wet bathing suits and towels. The gold cart was also convenient to get around the neighborhood. There is a place to park the carts across from the beachhouse and you just walk over. The beach house was under construction while we were there and the pool was freezing cold in Sept but we came to go to the beach anyway and this was just a weekend trip. Niki's place is in a great location and we would stay here again!

   Vacation September 13-17

We had a great stay in this condo, it was great having a washer/dryer, all of the items we would need and very convenient being on the 2nd floor with same floor parking. It was perfect beach access and the pool was amazing. Definitely will be staying here again!

 The condo was great, in a great location. Clean and fresh and airy. Was such a great home away from home.

Niki was timely, and communicated very well through a power outage through a storm. She kept us updated the whole time. again!

 Great location close to everything including pier park , Spacious , Niki was great with responding to all my questions ,messages , and inquiries from the beginning of our trip ! I would really recommend booking there properties for a nice ,efficient,private and quiet stay! 

  Highly recommend this condo! In a great location super close to the beach. We had lots of fun with the putt putt course! 10/10 enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be trying to book here again in the future!!
